Me for a Consultation**

Who can you work with?
I can see clients who are located in New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, or Hawaii.
Are you the right therapist for everyone?
Nope—and that’s a good thing. Fit matters. I only take on clients I feel confident I can help.
Please don’t take it personally if I feel we’re not the best fit—it’s not about you being “too much” or “not enough.”
It’s simply about me making sure you get the care you truly need. Since my schedule is limited, I only take on clients I feel confident I can help.
Who do you not work with?
Right now, I am not working with:
-
Children, adolescents, or young adults under 25
-
Couples
-
Families
My training is in individual therapy for adults only.
What issues don't you treat?
I’m also not the best fit for individuals struggling with:
-
Addictions
-
Severe depression or bipolar disorder
-
Personality disorders
-
Active eating disorders
These areas require highly specialized training, and it wouldn’t be ethical for me to treat them.
Who do you work with?
I work with highly sensitive women dealing with concerns I have extensive training in—and in many cases, personal lived experience with too. You deserve a therapist who really “gets” your issues on both a professional and human level.
What’s your therapy style?
Longer-term, in-depth relational work. If you’re looking for short-term, crisis-only therapy, I’m probably not the right fit.
Can someone else make an appointment for me?
No. I only take appointments directly from the person seeking therapy—otherwise, it usually means they’re not ready to commit.
What happens if it doesn’t feel like a good fit?
Bottom line: you need to feel safe, comfortable, and unjudged with your therapist. If, after meeting, either of us feels we’re not the right fit, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who’s a better match.
