Meet  Patti

 Highly Sensitive Person    |     Introvert      |    INFJ/ISFJ  (Myers-Briggs)

Recovering Perfectionist     |    ADHD    |      Devoted Ice Cream Fan

Growing up, I was told I was too sensitive.

I cried at sad country songs, couldn’t watch Humane Society commercials

and carried other people’s pain like it was my own.

For years, I thought something was wrong with me.

When I finally learned I was a highly sensitive introvert, it all made sense.

I wasn’t broken—I just processed the world more deeply than most.

And I realized something important: you shouldn’t be made to feel like you have to

“get over” your sensitivities in order to fit in.

Like many of the women I now work with, I also grew up in a family dynamic that didn’t

always feel nurturing or supportive.

Many of my clients were raised by emotionally immature or narcissistic parents, or

experienced childhood emotional neglect, leaving them feeling unseen, unworthy

or responsible for everyone else’s emotions.

I understand how those early experiences shape your self-worth and relationships today—and I help women untangle those patterns so they can finally feel free and supported.

Over time, I figured out ways to quiet the negative self-talk, reduce the overwhelm and overstimulation, stop chasing perfection, and set boundaries without the guilt hangover.

These are the same struggles I see in so many of my clients: people-pleasing,

procrastination, ADHD brain chaos, and feeling responsible for everyone

else’s emotions (even strangers… and houseplants).

Now it’s my purpose to help other highly sensitive women do the same.

If you’ve ever googled “Why am I so sensitive?” or “How do I stop people-pleasing?”

—you’re in the right place.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin, see your sensitivity as a strength

and finally stop believing there’s something wrong with you.
