Difference between HSP, Empath & Introvert
Am I an HSP?
A highly sensitive person may be frequently told that they are too sensitive, can't take a joke, and need to lighten up.

They deeply process the world, making statements like "Don't let it bother you" or "Just stop thinking about it" almost impossible.

Due to our sensitive nervous system we may be perceived as over-reacting and encouraged to toughen up.

If that sounds familiar, you may be an HSP.

Am I an Empath?
An empath is a highly sensitive person who feels and absorbs other people’s emotions, energy and/or physical symptoms.
Empaths often filter the world through their intuition and sometimes have a hard time attaching a reason to their feelings.
If this sounds familiar, you may be an EMPATH.
Am I an Introvert?
An introvert is someone who enjoys spending time alone and can be easily drained in large crowds or at loud parties.
They may find it uncomfortable to make small talk with a stranger. They prefer email or text messages instead of a phone call.
If this sounds familiar, you may be an INTROVERT.
